Residential Apartment

       (a) 2 Bed Rooms                                        Rs. 4,000/-
       (b) 3 Bed Rooms                                        Rs. 6,000/-
  1. Villas, Penthouse etc,                                        Rs10,000/-

Agricultural Land (Converted Land)

  2. 2 to 5 Acres                                        Rs10,000/-

1.        Every survey number or property number shall be charged separately as it may involve different title history
2.        A general list of documents shall be furnished to the client.
3.        All relevant documents are expected to be obtained from the seller and furnished by the client.
4.        Oral opinion of the property title will be provided.
5.        Title investigation, title report, documentation and registration are not included.
6.        Title investigation, title report, documentation and registration, if required, will be charged separately as per the separate        tariff schedule.
7.        Entire fee is payable in advance.

6.        Land revenue, survey, land reforms, town and country planning, land acquisition, imams abolition,                SC/ST land grant, municipal, panchayat companies, etc., record verification, if involved will be advised accordingly.
7.        Location verification is included.
8.        Title defects or anomalies resolution, if possible.
9.        Risk factors assessment.
10.        Stamp duty and relevant tax advice.
11.        Registration and documentation charges are not included.
12.        Registration and documentation are charged separately.

6.        Draft deeds shall be furnished only after payment of fees.




Commercial / Non-Residential /Industrial properties Tariff shall be fixed depending upon the nature of the property and transactions.

Builders and developers tariff shall be fixed project wise
