1. Consumer complaint against Daimler Chrysller manufacturer of Benz Mercedes E class car has been filed & admitted, for having manufactured & sold cars with inherently defective power steering which failed & for  having incompatible low road clearance under chassis which certainly gets scraped & damaged on the Indian roads. Benz recalled about 80,000 cars in the USA due to power steering failure after direction by NHTSA ( National Highway Traffic Safety Administration ).
