False Evidence
Whoever intentionally gives false evidence or files false affidavit in any civil, criminal or revenue court, is liable to be punished with imprisonment upto seven years & also fine, under section 193 of IPC.

Extortion

Whoever intentionally puts any person in fear of an accusation against that person, of having committed an offence or attempted to commit offence and thereby threatens and demands payment of money, amounts to extortion, U/S 385 IPC.

Malicious Prosecution
Any victim of malicious prosecution by way of false police complaint or false criminal charge is entitled to claim damages for loss of his credit and reputation, mental distress, bodily discomfort and expenses of the defense. The false complainant can also be punished U/S 182, 211 of I.P.C.
